Our office is continually adding more companies to the list; please call the number on the back of our insurance card to see if we are a provider for massage therapy and if a referral or prescription for massage is required.

Auto Insurance (Personal Injury Protection) -
covers therapeutic massage with a Primary Care Physician referral. Number of allowable treatments is usually 6-12 treatments
L & I (Labor and Industries) -
L&I requires massage treatments to be authorized with referral from attending physician before massage treatments are scheduled..
