We accept the following insurance with or without a physician referral or prescription.  Our office is continually adding more companies to the list; please call the number on the back of our insurance card to see if we are a provider for massage therapy and if a referral or prescription for massage is required.

Preferred Providers For:

Auto Insurance (Personal Injury Protection) -

- covers therapeutic massage with a PCP referral                                               - # of allowable treatments is at physician's discretion                                         - usual initial referral for MVA is 6-12 treatments

L & I  (Labor and Industries) -

- authorizes sets of 6 massage treatments with referral from attending physician

Accepting Most Medical Insurance -

First Choice Health, Aetna, General American WholeHealth, CIGNA, Corvel, Premera BlueCross, Uniform Medical Plan, Regence, BlueCross Blueshield, LifeWise, Group Health Options Classic, Group Health Options Select (may need to call to confirm), Group Health New Options PPO.
