Moist Heat Relaxation – A Swedish style massage with long, rhythmic strokes from light to medium in depth, incorporated with clay filled water heated packs placed on the most tense parts of the body for deep relaxation. This massage will help the body release muscular tension, improve circulation, promote sleep, reduce anxiety, detox and promote an overall sense of well being.

Ashiatsu Oriental Bar Therapy – Performed with smooth, flowing, gliding deep foot pressure. The therapist supports herself with wooden bars suspended from the ceiling while applying different foot stokes along eh body. Using pressure from the therapist’s feet on strategic points along the back and spine. The push and pull pumping affect is created on the soft tissue that surrounds the muscles and inter-vetebral disc space. www.deepfeet.com

The Sudatonicsystem works to make the body burn fat by forming a resistance of sweating and then making the body try to sweat. Creams are applied and the client then lies in a specialized French Heating Blanket, which heats the entire body and causes the body to try to sweat so that it can cool off. This is the natural body reaction whenever it warms up. As body heats up in the blanket, it tries to sweat to cool down. The creams also help activate and promote fat mobilization.
This treatment treatment is excellent for those with Fibromyalgia, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Chronic Pain and Chronic Fatigue. The treatment allows the body to sweat and detoxify without causing more inflammation in the joints.
