Cancellation Guidelines:
Our missed appointment policy states, "In fairness to our other patients and to us, 24 hour notice is required for cancellation of an appointment, or you will be charged a $40 fee for the time booked. In the case the patient misses more than three appointments in a 12 month period; the patient will no longer be a patient of A Better Way Massage, LLC."
Any time you are unable to keep your appointment, we appreciate a call in advance, or you may cancel your appointment online via your account. Please call 360-366-4216.
There are two ways you can cancel an appointment online:
1) Confirmation Email -- When we confirm your appointment, you receive a confirmation email that includes a link to view or modify your appointment. Follow this link to a webpage where you can cancel the appointment and schedule a replacement appointment if you'd like.
2) Logged In -- If you have created a Full Slate account, you can log in from our
Landing Page
by clicking 'Sign in'. Once you log in, click the Appointments link at the top of the page. When you find the upcoming appointment you need to cancel, click 'cancel', type a message to us, and click 'Yes, please cancel'. You can then schedule a replacement appointment if you'd like. Please note that we require six hours' notice for online cancellations.
