Homeopuncture is a form of point injection therapy, administered by a licensed acupuncturist such as Shannon Freeman, L.Ac, EAMP.

Homeopuncture includes homeopathic injections, Sterile Saline, and Vitamins such as B12.

Subcutaneous (just below the surface) injection technique.  Used in small muscle areas, over joints, around discs an directly over and around painful areas.  Not typically recovered by insurance (CPT code 96372 – Therapeutic SC/IM injection). 1-2/10 ml used during treatment.  Billable to MVA and PIP claims with 15% increase in price.

Subdermal injection technique in Acupuncture points or Ashi points.  2-3/10 ml volume.  Not typically recovered by insurance (CPT code 96372 – Therapeutic SC/IM injection).  Billable to MVA and PIP claims with 15% increase in charge.

A stand alone appointment lasts from 15-20 minutes.  It is a quick in and out treatment if you are live a busy life and just needs a little something to support your health and well-being.

This treatment can also be added to your acupuncture treatment.  Since insurance typically does not cover herbal remedies, this add-on is paid by patient at time of service.
